Cyberduck 3.4.2 can't connect to S3 anymore

I have been using the Duck for 6 months or so to connect to S3, worked great. Then last week I could not use my S3 bookmark anymore, the application displays something briefly in the status bar but does not connect. There is nothing in the transfer log window or in the console.

I deleted the bookmark, recreated it, I connected to it with S3Hub, I am not sure what to do next. Suggestions welcomed!
