A display issue of OSA journal article page

Hello,

I would like to report a display issue of OSA journal article page.

Vienna version: 3.5.4 :8b11d92d: (7074)
Description: The size of the left column containing urls, e.g. "abstract", "Full Article" and so on, is not correctly determined and it overlaps with other part of the page while scrolling down the page. I tried the same page under the latest stable Safari and Safari Technology Preview versions and found no problem on both.

Relevant setting?: Never use font sizes smaller than 10.

I will really appreciate if the issue can be solved.
