Problems adding contacts now

Postby Dewdman42 » Fri Sep 07, 2012 7:51 pm

Suddenly, starting a few weeks ago, Adium will randomly give me problems adding yahoo contacts. It will be working fine for a while, then other times, no matter who I try to add, it gives me error dialog box that says:

Unable to add buddy XYZ to group ABC to the server list on account mylogin.

I turned on debug mode and saw the following output when replicating this problem:

Code: Select all

13:40:18: -[AINewContactWindowController addContact:]:201: checkedAccounts is {(
    <ESPurpleYahooAccount:513f6f0 3>:mylogin

Does anyone have any idea what might be going on. It will sometimes be not working at all, nobody who I try; then later on somehow it will get into a state where I can add everyone, including the people I couldn't add before. This has been happening daily for a month or so and its driving me crazy and I have tried every possible pattern I can think of to try to figure out why but nothing seemse to consistently replicate or beat the problem.
