Found an issue on Adium, I am on the latest version as of this post, the way to replicate it is:
1. Get someone to send you a message on Adium
2. Don't read the message but go to quit Adium
3. It will popup with a window are you sure you want to quit, you have unread messages etc
4. Click either quit or cancel
5. Adium will crash
I am using just msn account on Adium.

For Adium issues: Please search the forums and the Trac before posting. This makes the developers very happy! 
Also, check out the Adium wiki, the Adium Team has tried to answer all the questions that might crop up when using Adium there.
