The transcript clearly shows that the file permissions are adjusted (CHMOD) before disconnecting. If you haven't dragged the file uploaded to a browser you may have to reload the browser view (Command-R) to see the current file status.

You can just do
this.wait();
without any argument and achieve the same as the thread will be notified when another session releases its connection.

When uploading a file Cyberduck transfers the file and then disconnects before adjusting file permissions. If the Resume button is pressed Cyberduck sets the permissions and finishes. Cyberduck does this even if preferences are set not to adjust file permissions, so it is necessary to press the Res...

I'm using Cyberduck 2.4b4 on OS 10.3.8 (7U16) with Java 1.4.2 long ago installed, and Cyberduck crashes every time I launch it. Which sucks. Cause Cyberduck rocks, but... Anyone have any ideas? Could you please write an email to <mailto:bugs@cyberduck.ch> with the output of console.log attached (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app) and
the crash report if any. Also any file with the pattern ~/Library/Logs/JavaNativeCrash_pid(****).log

There seems to be an incompatible key in you known_hosts file. Removing the ~/.ssh/known_hosts file should solve the problem. Please let me know if this is a SSH1 key which causes the trouble.
