Re: Cyberduck not starting

Well, then you sure will have problems with the release of macosX 10.6 because it will only contain java 1.6 (6), BUT both in 32 bit and 64 bit versions. I have today, using the latest WWDC release 10a380 tested it with Cyberduck and can report that Cyberduck fails to start, this happens both with ...

Re: DOWNLOAD LINK BROKEN?

There must be a routing problem to http://cyberduck.cdn.cacheboy.net/. You can download directly from http://mirror.cyberduck.ch/ until this issue is resolved.

Re: Cyberduck not starting

You must have version 1.5 of the Java VM installed for Cyberduck to run. It will not launch on the 64bit Java 6 VM. If you update your system with the latest Java Update available from Apple Cyberduck will run.

Refer to the examples at http://svn.cyberduck.ch/trunk/AppleScript%20Samples/. These should work for Mosso as well.

Re: Using Cyberduck THREE to connect to an iDisk

Can you shed a little more light on this please? On one computer, I found the path was added automatically even the first time I used Cyberduck on it, but on another, it wasn't there. Is there any rhyme or reason to this, or is it a MobileMe quirk? As of 3.1 you can just select MobileMe iDisk from ...

Re: How To Use the Nightly Builds

You just download the latest build from http://update.cyberduck.ch/nightly/ ; refer to the date column as when it was published. Also, the higher the number, the newer the build is. Once you have that build installed (just double click the downloaded file to unpack), you can update to later nightly ...

Re: Login Process Repeating Indefinitely?

That sounds very much like http://trac.cyberduck.ch/ticket/3137 which is an incompatibility with bogus

Code: Select all

MLSD
directory listings. You should be able to connect fine using the 3.1.2 release however.

Re: How can I change the ownership of a file/folder?

You could try using the 'Send Command' feature. The command will depend on the connection type. If you have access using a SSH session the standard UNIX command chown should work. For FTP it depends on the server type. Try SITE CHMOD or MFF.

Re: Help me connect with Cyberduck please!!

According to https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/ftpinfo.asp it is just your regular domain name to use for FTP connections. A DNS error means the hostname cannot be resolved.

Open Keychain Access.app, create a new Keychain if needed and make it the default login keychain (command available in the File menu).

See http://trac.cyberduck.ch/ticket/3039 which describes the same issue. Let me know if there is a 1.5 Java installation available in the Snow Leopard seed you are running. Please comment on the ticket instead of here in the forum.

Re: ftp problem after upgrade to 3.1.2

Please refer to the workaround described in http://trac.cyberduck.ch/wiki/help/en/problems#ListingdirectoriesfailsorshowsnocontentFTP. This is due to an incompatibility with the STAT command.
